Choose an available day and provide your contact details. You will receive a reference number to bring with you.

Appointments are held on Mondays and Thursdays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

The consular counter is closed on the following days:

  • Thursday, 13 August 2026 — RAmzan HoliDay
  • Monday, 17 August 2026 — Eid Adhaa

Selected service

Pass Letter / Exemption

We store only your name, email, phone, chosen service, and appointment day, and delete them 30 days after your appointment. We do not ask for passport or personal details on this page. Read our data & privacy notice
